Crowdio operates a decentralized edge proxy network that allows participants to:
- Contribute bandwidth as a node operator and potentially qualify for participation in Crowdio's operator equity program, subject to eligibility and applicable law.
- Access the proxy network as a business or end-user client.
- Sign up for early access and receive product updates.
The Service is currently in development. Features, reward structures, and availability may change without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Node Operator Terms
If you participate as a node operator, you additionally agree that:
- You will only contribute bandwidth that you are legally authorized to share.
- You will not use the network to route illegal traffic or facilitate prohibited activities.
- Any operator equity participation is subject to program rules, performance metrics, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Crowdio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the operator equity program at any time.
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from any equity-related participation or award.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit or route illegal, harmful, or objectionable content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the network.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
- Collect, mine, or harvest data from the Service without our express written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Service are the property of Crowdio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Any equity participation may be illiquid, restricted, and may have no current or future market value. Crowdio makes no guarantees regarding the value of any allocation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowdio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crowdio and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g. analytics, identity verification, or infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.
